[EXT] Tornado Warning Extended – Shelter until at least 4:15 p.m.

The College continues to monitor weather conditions related to the tornado warning that remains in effect. Radar indicates a storm cell capable of producing a tornado moving northeast toward Paramus. Even if a tornado does not impact Paramus, this storm cell will likely produce severe winds and rain.
As such, please continue to shelter on the first floor of each main campus building until at least 4:15 p.m. and remain there. Stay away from large glass windows and move to interior spaces.
At least one tornado has touched down in Stanhope today; meteorologists believe another has just touched down in Hanover.
The College will publish updates as this rapidly evolving emergency weather scenario continues.
