Brookdale Community College is inviting bold thinkers, storytellers, and performers to take the stage as TEDx Brookdale Community College returns in 2026 with a dynamic new theme: Sparks, Vibes, and Surprising Connections that Ignite.
Presenter proposal submissions will officially open on April 22, offering faculty, staff, students, and community members the opportunity to share ideas that inspire, challenge, and connect. The submission deadline is Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. on the Performing Arts Center stage, TEDx Brookdale will feature talks and performances exploring the powerful intersections of innovation, creativity, and human experience. This year’s theme focuses on the unexpected moments, those sparks of insight and shared energy that lead to new ways of thinking, collaboration, and impact.
Organizers are seeking engaging 11-minute presentations built around a clear “idea worth spreading.” Submissions should highlight fresh perspectives, emerging patterns, or meaningful connections that have the potential to move audiences from insight to action.
In addition to speakers, TEDx Brookdale is also looking for performers, including spoken word artists, musicians, singers, and comedians, to bring energy and creativity to the stage between talks.
Whether rooted in research, professional experience, or personal journey, TEDx Brookdale Community College 2026 offers a platform to amplify voices and ideas that can spark meaningful change.
