Fidel Wilson to Be Honored by the Monmouth County Diversity Alliance

We are proud to announce that Dr. Fidel Wilson, Director of One Stop Services & Regional Locations at Brookdale, has been selected as an honoree at the 2025 Red and Black on the Green Gala, hosted by the Monmouth County Diversity Alliance.

This prestigious honor celebrates Wilson’s years of dedicated service to the community—particularly through his leadership with the Minority Male Initiative Conference, which has empowered countless young men through mentorship, access, and opportunity. His commitment to uplifting others and fostering pathways to success has left an indelible impact across Monmouth County and beyond.

The Red and Black on the Green Gala is a Juneteenth commemoration uplifting Black excellence and honoring community members who have exemplified leadership, integrity, mentorship, and compassion. The event brings together educators, small business owners, healthcare personnel, law enforcement, and innovators to celebrate their lasting contributions.
