Looking to strengthen your communication skills and gain confidence speaking in front of an audience? This spring, take advantage of a new Saturday offering of SPCH-115: Public Speaking, designed to fit busy schedules while delivering skills that last a lifetime.
In this engaging, three-credit course, students develop the public speaking abilities essential for success in college, career, and community life. Through hands-on practice, you’ll deliver informative, persuasive, and demonstrative speeches while sharpening your research, critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and presentation skills. You’ll also learn practical strategies to manage public speaking anxiety and present with clarity and confidence.
